I don't think you can do this with the default VFP _SCREEN (could be wrong though).

I have always used a top level form if I wanted to monitor these events, however, if you must keep _SCREEN then you may try creating a VFP FLL that installs an event handler and looks for the SizeEvent and ZoomEvent events but I think the API is a lot more effort than changing the top level form.
