Thanks - I think that was the problem, my account wasn't complete. I bought the NSI package Monday, but it took about two days to get fully into their DB. Yesterday I could edit some features (like DN/email redirection), but was still getting a "Not Found" in WHOIS. This morning, WHOIS found me, and I have a page of data to work with now. This looks better, let me try again...
