Aagh! I just checked the prices my ISP has for hosting. All they have is commercial packages, very expensive! Aside from the free non-hosted web space...

Found a nice site called LinkExchange that has a HostSearch feature, where you can exactly specify your needs. There are a number of hosts that fit my needs for less than $5 per month, as opposed to a minimum of $30/mo. at my ISP + $50 setup fee...
