>I have an NSI domain name, and I'm trying to link it to my ISP web space. The ISP gave me some web addresses, but I can't figure out what to do. I only have one phone line, so it's very difficult to deal with, I keep getting input errors at NSI. Anyone been through this, know what I'm supposed to do at NSI?

Hi Bruce,
From the network solutions home page get into "Make Changes"
(Note - during peak times they tend to tell you it's unavailable... I usually wait until after 8:30 pm east coast time)

From Make Changes you need to log in with the account number & account password you got when you registered the domain. Once your in, you need to fill in the online form (that generates an email text version form) to change host info. Under host info you need to enter the Primary (and secondary if your ISP does that) IP address of your hosting space.

After submitting online form, you get the archaic text version in your email. You then forward that sucker back to hostmaster@whatever... 1/2 day later you get informed the text form looked ok... 1-3 days later it actually moves.

Navigating thru this stuff is a major PITA but I do it regularly as a reseller for Interland.net...
