Hi:

The only way I've been able to get a toolbar in an SDI form is to instantiate it in the forms Activate method. This works fine, but since the Activate fires after the Init, you can see all the controls on the form move down when the toolbar appears. Is there a better way to handle toolbars in SDI forms?
