Would it be that bad if we tried to let every subjects go in the chatter section?

There could be a warning in the general informations about the usage of the UT stating that anything (anything is a big word let's say anything decent) goes in the chatter section.

Or maybe another category could be added. It could be called OFF TOPIC

This approach could be tested for a while. This way we could see what would happen out of this. Would it eventually be that bad? Only time would tell.

Any suggestions?
