I am not sure which one is at fault, but I found the crash happens when I have FirstAid97, a crash protection(?) program, loaded into memory. I have found that the FirstAid97 works well with misbehaved applications. My guess is that the ActiveX control is trying to use a hardcoded segment of memory without checking to see if it is in use. This could mean problems for everyone else down the road for anyone who uses the Microsoft Tabbed Dialog v5.0 AcitveX Control.
