>Well, you can't know everything. Not to get too philisophical, absolute knowledge, in my opinion, is unattainable. I would say if you can satisfy the people you work for and are willing to search for answers to things you don't know, then you're doing alright. I'm also a lone ranger in my shop when it comes to VFP (4th year) and i try to read as much as possible, although not all about VFP.
Well, I know I'll never know everything. Unless I can get a chip with the Hacker's Guide on it implanted in my head. :) I'm just kind of nervous about an upcoming technical interview (hi Matt!). I get such mixed messages about my skill level. I get people here telling me I'm so much better than the last programmer, who had a lot more experience, which is good for the ego. But then I come up against trying to implement a menu and feel like a total newbee. It's frustrating.
