I am looking for a program which is SIMPLE to use, as I have no experience in this area.

I would like to be able to send faxes from ASCII files, without worrying about whether the modem is CAS compliant or not. I have been referred to Simple Simon's software, but cannot get ahold of anyone at the company. I keep getting a 9940 error and am unsure what to do about it.
