The oft-quoted line comes into play (is this Jim Booths line?):
"Those that know don't tell, those that tell don't know"
Not many people will know the answer to that question until later in the year I would think, considering a Feburary 2001 release for Visual Studio. Microsoft is not in the habit of telling too many people details about prerelease products, especially devtools. The recent presentation about VB7 was a big exception and probably because of the huge changes they are going to be faced with.
Frankly, I expect it to play the Jetson's theme music while making me breakfast and directly write the app through a direct-brain wire, but those suggestions, alas, have been ignored.
