Wish I was there. It's kind of funny to overhear conversations between computer sales people and potential customers. I haven't looked into laptops in a while so I wouldn't have been able to help you. But if I can help, I'll wait for the salesperson to disappear so I can properly educate the customer. Although, if what he's spouting is blatently wrong, I have been known to butt in.

The first 3 tried to convince me to get an IMac, and NONE would even discuss operating systems. I mentioned "SQL-Server" and "WindowsNT" and was informed that "Microsoft Office will give you everything you need".
