I might've said Atlanta, after riding back from dinner a few weeks ago on an early Saturday evening with Craig (a driver from Utah, admittedly); we must've seen close to a dozen accidents, with people cutting off other drivers all over (imagining what it was like for the SuperBowl with significant snow was scary) but I went up and visited a client in Boston, and remembered how much worse it was in a city where two one-way roads (opposite directions) meet at a cross street in Cambridge, with no traffic light...
