Have you tried any other 32 bit programs? (is it a problem with VFP or
Win32s)?
Are you using the version of Win32s that came with VFP, or an earlier
one?
(no, I don't know how to find the version)
Check the system memory settings for shadowing & caching. If some stuff
is cached, particularly if it conflicts with the network card, then turn
it off.
