This time of year our traffic problems are due to Snowbirds. They clutter the highways and streets, travel very slowly and are extremely large. They have no consideration for anyone else who might be using the roads and do not get out of the way when anyone doing the speed limit comes up behind them. Fortunately their return migration begins in April so only have a few more weeks to put up with it!
>Here in Utah we often suffer from a couple of driving challenges.

>1. A tendency for drivers to drive down the road side by side and to NOT move over to let those who wish to pass. It's called "The Mormon Standoff" *g*. I think winter snow driving causes this as it's easier to drive side by side in winter snow storms.

>3. Not being at freeway speeds when merging onto the freeway, causing freeway drivers to either have to speed up or slow down, causing potential troubles.
