I did not create a shortcut on the desktop. The exe file is sitting on the network and if I try to open it from there by double clicking on it or by right clicking on it and choosing 'open', it gives me the message that the file "program.exe" is not found.
I just tried creating a shortcut on the desktop from the network location by using: send to -> desktop(create shortcut), and I got the same result.
A little side note, two others here who are working on seperate exe's also have them sitting on the network and have no problems running them from there.
