Add this tables to a DBC id not already, then set up a relationship if they aren't already related. Then, go to the Database menu while modifing the DBC, and choose Edit Referential Integrity.

This will automatically (depending on what you choose) ignore, restrict or cascade deletes if you delete a parent record.
