Hallo out there in the cyberspace!!!

Can anyone help me with a context help problem? I have made a (small) helpsystem with Help Workshop 4.0
It works ok when I am hitting the button. But when I am trying to make context sensitivity it won't work.
I have set the HelpContextID for a form to a number, in my case 40. Then I have tried to assign the number to the help topic for the form in the helpsystem. But when I'm pressing with the form on top, I always get the message: "HH_HELP_CONTEXT called without a [MAP] section". I have made a header file, and all other things, exactly as it is told in the manual for Help Workshop 4.0, but something is wrong, and I don't know what it can be. It is not easy to understand the examples in the manual. Can someone tell me exact how to do, to get the right help topic to "pop up" when I'm pressing ? Maybe a downloadable example I can look on?
Please give me a hint before I getting mad.
