If you want to link from VFP to Acccess you may use a remote view or SQL pass through (both via ODBC). I prefer SQL pass through because it is more programmable, but the remote view may due the trick if a simple updatable link will suffice.

If you want to link from Access to VFP then Access may be used to link to your VFP table (there are some limitations on tables that have a large number of index tags).
