Hello Vimala,
If you are using SQL Server 6.5, look at the Bulk Copy Process (BCP). You can copy your VFP files to flat files (SDF) and import them into SQL Server with BCP. If your using SQL Sever 7.0, just use the Data Transformation Service (DTS) to move the data from VFP to SQL.
