NT server uses IIS and is adminstered through the management console. WC
automates that for you, but you can go in and tweak it. You can also create
your own from the console.

Why not just use WC, it is much easier to administer and has as much
flexibility as you could ask for. I use it on my site and for clients and
have virtually NO COMPLAINTS!
