>According to our resident VSS administrator, Visual Sourcesafe does allow you to see the differences between 2 plain text files (.prg). However, it is not intelligent enough to show the differences between two screen files (.scx, .sct) or two reports (.frx, .frt). Our administrator suggested we save the forms as classes, uses the class browser to create the class definition as code, and then compare the codified classes with the text comparison. That sounds like an awful lot of work for something that we may do on dozens of forms, and it doesn't help us compare report forms.
