I think I already saw a thread on it but I don't remember the conclusion.

I pressed on Reply button of a message. By mistake, I've sent the reply without writing anything. Next logical move: tried to reply again to the same message. Wrote what I had to write and sent it. The message from UT, something like: "You already created this message...".
