Hi,

I'm having problems with Chinese windows our app and SQL Server 6.5.

I'm using Visual Foxpro's BitTest function to convert data to a 'privileged' string, only when this data is updated, the incorrect result is saved. There are 7 possible privileges. If the default(1) is saved the data is ok and also if all privileges are selected the data is ok. But whenever I try to assign only some privileges the wrong data is saved. All other data seems to be ok.

I did have an issue with encryption under chinese windows but fixed this in the DSN (Data conversion property had to be turned off).

I've tried everything I can think of, any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
