When you click on New button (if you are in your ProjectManager/Other/Menus,)
VFP asks you what to create - Menu or Shortcut. Select Shortcut, create a menu usual way, generate myshortcutmenu.mpr and put in your RightClick()
DO myshortcutmenu.mpr

Voila!
