>My boss is more concerned about the color and the look of the app. then its functionality and design. She insist that color is one of the most important thing about our app. ARUGGGGGGGGGG!!!!! She keeps calling me in to discuss about the color. I tell her "...I don't frick'n care right now, just give me the frick'n specs and table layouts and leave me alone!". But she doesn't get it. This has been going on for 3 days now. How much longer can I put up with this?- I have a dead line to meet.

You are not supposed to pick the colors. That should be up to the user. In the new Windows UI Guidelines is a section called "Checklist for a Good Interface". You'll find the following, "Your application appropriately applies the color choices the user selected in Display properties in Control Panel." In otherwords, your boss should stop being concerned about this.
You can find the complete guidelines at msdn.microsoft.com/library.
