>>I know, but when she is so obsesssed with colors and the "prettiness" of the app that these meeting last couple of hours and she wants me to go out to the www each time and find a more "suitable" bmps and she can't makeup her mind, it gets old.

Well, what I like to do is design the ap to use Windows colors, so if a user goes into the Windows settings and changes colors my ap will take on those colors, same with fonts.

Or, as someone said, create a color picker an put it into a preferences form and she can play with it all day long, better yet, no matter what the boss likes, I am sure the customers won't, which is why I like to stick with windows controled scheme.

Of course, what bitmaps to use for buttons is a whole nother story.

>>Plus I keep telling her as good as VFP is, there are some things foxpro can't do, like display *.mpr like functionality in a scrollable listbox or right click on a form and bring up a menu (similar to how *.mpr works) and she keeps asking me over and over, it gets frustrating.

>It's probably a good idea to ask here first, before telling her Foxpro can't do it. Shortcut menus on right-click are doable. If you post a new message in the appropriate section here for each thing you think can't be done, you will probably be amazed at the solutions you will get.

>>Main problem is she has never been a programmer.

>Understood. But she does have *her* priorities, which probably should not be ignored. I'm not taking sides -- just hoping to add a little balance to your viewpoint :-)
