Check that
a) Your menu call (or programmatic call) to the form hasn't been changed to a misspelling

b) The form really IS included in the project (sometimes it gets set to 'exclude' by mistake)

c) See if you can explicitly call the form from a new menu item in a recompiled EXE. If so, then you know the form is in the EXE and can check for other problems like a) and b).

>We are running a VFP exe. All of a sudden we are getting a particular form does notexist. This form is complied in to the exe and it is working earlier. Any ideas?
