Hey, we ALL were ignorant about these things at some point. No apologies needed.

You said the Listbox was populated with a table, right? Then

Myform.MyListBox.Requery()

will do it. If the RowSource is an array or a cursor you have to regenerate the data (re-select the cursor, repopulate the array) THEN do the requery().
