Which is precisely why I use the method that I call a "Safe" select < s >. Zapping the grid's RecordSource does not rip it out from under the grid. Personally, I have never had a problem using this technique, although I prefer to use a parameterized view in such cases. Of course, sometimes this is not always possible...
