When in preview mode, all pages are shown. Printing via the printer button on the preview menu will print all pages.

I use
REPORT FORM Report1 PREVIEW
REPORT FORM Report1 TO PRINTER PROMPT

The user previews and decides how many pages to print, then uses the Windows dialog box to specify the pages to print.

You can do this in a more custom way from within VFP by making a custom toolbar.
