Mostly I want to say that you are not alone! I had a thread going about the same problem. I also did not get FoxPro to instantiate a form that was based on a cleass in an exe. It seems like a FoxPro bug to me.
One person suggested distributing the vcx's seperatly, outside the exe. Is that an option for you. It should work for you then since it will find a vcx with the name specified in the scx.
