mmDataEnv exists and is not RO. All of the memo fields point to libs\adataenv.vcx, which I consider the proper location.

What is strange is that only this older project will not create a new kbizoject's data environment. If I go to a new project (qstart) it's working fine there. So I gather that something in a new projceet copy is missing from this older project?
