I tested your suggestion of putting the code in the LOSTFOCUS event. And that's when I realized it won't solve my problem. The LOSTFOCUS event fires when after the combo box is no longer active. Therefore, the code to switch pages and set the focus on an edit box will not fire until after leaving the combo box. What I want to do is cause the other page's edit box to get focus when a selection is clicked on the combo box; in other words, in the VALID event.

So far, it appears that my best solution is to simply hide the combo box when the VALID event fires, before switching to the other page.
