Well, a fuzzy question like that may lead to interesting ideas... for one, I imagine an object which really creates a list of entries (some kind of combo revisited iteratively) and then later stores them into a memo, probably delimited (or even "Save all like thisform.multifield.values() to memo table.memo"), and then, upon retrieval of the record, fills the value back from the memo. Could be interesting, though there may be other (and simpler) ways to accomplish this.
