Rich,

This may or may not be related -- but I had a problem with one of my clients when they tried to print a 400 page report on a Konica printer. Pages would start coming out of the printer out of order and the corners would sometimes appear all white like someone erased all the text. The solution for us was that we had to make sure that the Konica was NOT the default printer on the workstation printing the report and just use PROMPT to let them override the incorrect default printer and choose the Konica. I have no clue why this worked, but it did.
