Let's try again. What *format* of log do you want the user to see? From your response, it sounds like a grid in a form must not be acceptable, right?

Do they need to print it out? From your response, it sounds like a report is not acceptable, right?

It's not a problem to put it into *whatever* format you want, but you need to tell us what that is. Any way you cut it, however, you should put the data into separate records in the History Detail table.
