That would be Nashville, 250 miles east of us. Actuall Nashville is a hot rock city too. It's mostly country for the tourists, not the locals.
Memphis is a home of the blues, Elvis, and soon to be opened Smithsonian Music Museum in the Gibson Guitar plant.
We have a 3 day Music Fest the first weekend of May. 5 stages going Fri, Sat and Sun. 3 stages are rock/contemporary, a blues tent, and a gospel stage.
