Well I was thinking about that little program that comes with all the MS Office stuff. MS system info, I think. If you can count on that being there? You know the one where you do from Excel or Word help/about excel/System info. You can save all that to a file and then send it up.

Someone like Ed may have a much smooooother way than that but I think I would try this for lack of any other way that I know of.
