Not all of C0000005 errors have been fixed yet

It is talking about VFP runtime libraries - VFP6R.DLL and Vfp6renu.dll for FFP 6, not about your .VCX or .FLL
Make sure that they are in WINDOWS\SYSTEM (or in WINNT\SYSTEM32 for Windows NT) directories.
