Frank, you cannot keep the formatting of the report if you include ASCII clause. And if you output the report to file with no ASCII clause you will get the file which you can send to the printer (keeping all the formatting) but you cannot use it in Word. If you want a nice report in Word you should use OLE Automation to create it right in Word.
