OK dagnabbit, I wanna get to the devx offramp.
I dont want to deal with using Outlook Express for newsgroups, I want to use my Outlook2000 IDE to do the newsgroup thing. And I'll be darned if I can figure how in the world you set up newsgroups in this latest Outlook flavor... any ideas?
