I think I did (but at my age, I can't remember what I did five minutes ago). From the responses, however, it seems like he's been following the whole thread anyway.

Was it an HP printer that was being used?

Anyway, after reading that he's tried printing in 250 page chunks, I'm going back to a driver problem. Still, increasing virtual memory wouldn't hurt (hear that, Rich?).
