We had kind of a rough time the week or so -- I was offline for several days working on a project with a tight deadline and Yuanitta's been overwhelmed handling support *and* working on a project with a tight deadline. Fortunately, this doesn't happen too often <s>. As Bill mentioned, we really try to answer emails the same day or at least the next business day. It's better to send messages to support@stonefield.com rather than to me directly; Yuanitta and I both check that account, whereas if you send it directly to me and I'm offline for several days (which is what happened here), you may wonder why you're not getting a response.

Thanks Doug. Yes, Yuanitta did do her best to keep up my questions. Sorry things were so busy but no problem on this end. I understand deadlines <grin>.

Granted, the ActiveX control cannot be properly registered. But I still don't understand why I don't get Stonefield's builder that contains the buttons for changing the versions of the ActiveX controls used.
