Sorry for the confusion. I meant to write that the occurence of the error is random - it doesn't always happen. I can
run through this code 5 times or 20 times and the occurence of the error will be random - sometimes it won't occur,
sometimes it will occur on the 2nd time through the code, sometimes the 12 time, etc. Once the error occurs, however,
it is always on the same line.

No framework or debugging code. Timers...hmmm, well I think that there may be one but it is suppose to time the
user out of the system after 5 or 6 minutes of inactivity. When I (or the folks in Test) run this process, there is constant
activity.
