That depends on how you plan to distribute your application. I would recommend creating a setup using the Setup Wizard because it will pick up the ActiveX file(s) required and properly install and register them on the client system. There is another way to do it, but this way is easy. Of course you will also have to have any graphics files you intend to use on a volume that the client PC can access.
