Doug Hennig wrote and article called "Splitting Up is Hard to Do" about adding Splitter bars to VFP forms, look it up at www.pinpub.com/foxtalk s article index.

I remember doing it in Delphi a while back with a simple Line and some drag/drop code. But try and find the splitter control before resorting to that :-)
