Elyse,

I use SNAGIT from www.techsmith.com It will take a snapshot of any window or portion of it and save it in any common format. I use JPG personnally and it's great for doc purpose. You can also save to the clipboard.

Click the 'Infodons' link on my web to see the results. SNAGIT comes now with another utility called SNAGIT STUDIO, that lets you add arrows, comments and other signs to your snapshots. I used to do that in VISIO before, but this one is much faster for this kind of job.

A great utility, really.
