This is due to an entry missing from the registry. In my MAPI Class zip file you will find a file called fox.reg - this is the required license. It's actually a development license for MAPI. This will get rid of that message.

The OCX appears fine in the System directory. This maybe has something to do with a registry problem? I cannot get in, however, to check.
