I have posted this twice already and both times got
ambiguous answers. There must be some way to do this:

I want to write VFP code that will establish a dial up
connection. I want to dial an ISP and login. If the PC
is connected to a network, and has a permanent connnection
then that should be 'dectectable'.

SO, does anyone know of any VISUAL FOXPRO way of doing
this, either with native code or API or otherwise.
