I have some variable data that goes on an invoice, placed in the page footer.
Let's say the payment method. With all the various methods, I would like a
conditional printing of the method. No problem. However, I would like these
to be placed in a specific position on the report. Again, no problem. The problem
is that I have no options for 'stretch' or 'float' on any item in the page footer - they
are all greyed out in the properties. I would like the ability to have these fields float
relative to the top of the page footer. I need to cover the case where a customer
says " Here's $30 cash. Put the rest on my plastic." and have this reflected in the
footer. Just conditionally printing the data leaves a lot of wasted space. Can things
'float' in the footer or is my invoice clobbered?
